Unexpected Gem!

central location helpful staff full cutlery
The room included tea, coffee, biscuits, a microwave, plates, and cutlery! The location IS very central, and I walked to my destination in about twenty minutes. Staff members provided friendly and helpful assistance throughout my stay.
The room felt quite shabby due to scuffed furniture and slightly threadbare carpet.

Fantastic Stay IN the city

clean room fresh air great location train station
The room was cleaner than i expected. It was equipped WELL. Opening the window for fresh air was nice. The location is great. It is close to shops and restaurants. The bus station is nearby, and i found the train station accessible.
The surroundings were quite LOUD at night.

I appreciated having cutlery, plates, and glasses AVAILABLE in the room. It made enjoying meals convenient. A bottle opener was also included. This detail was useful. Numerous dining options exist nearby. This adds great flexibility.

The lady at reception was VERY helpful, providing an extra fan as the rooms were warm. She managed the task quickly, and i was very grateful. Her support ensured a comfortable stay in the heat.

Okay Place, Some Issues

large room nice facilities great location shabby room scuffed furniture thin wall
the room was quite large. it had nice facilities like a microwave. crockery and cutlery were also in the room, which i used for a quick meal. the location was also near everything.
the room was quite shabby. i saw scuffed furniture. the carpet was threadbare. it was clean enough though. the walls are thin, i heard all the noise.

A decent experience downtown

The hotel's location is definitely a plus. The city center is easily accessible. The room had some nice extras. A microwave and fridge were both very handy for snacks. I had a good experience with staff. They were professional at all times.
There were some drawbacks. The street noise was pretty bad on one night. I suggest earplugs. The settee bed was not comfortable. The mattress was very thin and I could feel the springs. I found walls needed a update.

The hotel's location offered access to the city center and nearby coach station. Our room was indeed spacious and clean. It was so pleasing. A microwave and fridge were included. Those were very useful. The staff was always professional and polite.
The room got too warm. Sleeping became uncomfortable. I could not open the windows due to late night street noise.

the location near the train and bus station was very convenient. the staff member who checked me in was friendly and cute. i also appreciated the full size fridge and microwave in the room.
the walls had some dents and the carpet had marks. there was a faint smell, but nothing unbearable.
