The staff were very helpful and had a smile. my bedroom was bright and spacious. The bed was comfortable. the food was AMAZING!!! i had a very delicious meal in the restaurant. The atmosphere added to it. my partner and i had an amazing sleep.
the decor seemed a little old. our room was on the upper floor, and while it could be beautiful, it looked a bit tired and dated. the shower temperature was not easy to adjust.

the room needed some serious tlc it just felt old and a bit grimy the shower pressure was so weak it was barely usable i expected more

The room felt neglected. The showerhead was dirty. the curtains were stained. It was they hadn't been cleaned in ages. i found some old food under the bed.
