loose doorknob scratched sofa
The staff were helpful and professional at this location.
The room I was assigned had several issues that detracted from the experience. The shower temperature tap fell off and there was a screw on the floor near a loose doorknob. The sofa had visible scratches and stains. there were scuff marks on the walls this was disappointing.

relaxing getaway
helpful staff delicious food immaculate garden
the staff were always available and very helpful . the food in the restaurant was very delicious and well-prepared. the hotel grounds were beautiful and the kitchen garden was immaculate. i enjoyed walking around and exploring the area.
i found that there wasn't much seating available in the spa. it felt crowded and not very relaxing. the steam room was too cold and the sauna was too hot.

the hotel location allowed easy access to country walks directly from the hotel. i could breathe in the somerset air and take in the local scenery. breakfast offered views of the manicured lawns.

The room was well-equipped and very clean. It also was presented nicely! the bed offered comfort and space for a restful sleep, and the high-spec fixtures enhanced the overall experience.

friendly staff super clean facilities relaxing walk
I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were super clean, and I appreciated the variety of treatments available. I particularly loved the beautiful grounds. They were perfect for a relaxing walk.

The Junior Suite was spacious and included great amenities! There was a proper pint of fresh milk in the mini-fridge, a nice touch. The bed linens and towels were very comfortable. I enjoyed a good night's sleep.

The hotel offered a lovely setting for countryside walks. I explored the area a lot. There were several beautiful villages nearby. I appreciated the accessibility. The grounds of the hotel were fine. Very well kept.

expensive minibar weak wifi
The minibar prices reminded me of daylight robbery, i swear they invented a new currency just to charge me more. i asked for a simple gin and tonic. It cost as much as a small car. also, the wifi signal was weaker than my grandma's eyesight. i struggled to load a cat video, let alone get any actual work done,

good room hotel ambience walk description service delay dirty glasses untidy spa
The room was good it had touches of luxury. The hotel's ambience was very inviting and restful. I appreciated the detailed walk description provided in the room.
I noticed some delays with service at the restaurant. I saw glasses and cups left around the spa pool. This affected the overall look of the area.

minor issues affected the stay
rude guests moved table
the food was good, but it was not amazing!!! also, other guests bothered me. i asked to move tables during dinner, because a group of six people were being rude to the staff.
