the room was beautiful and included everything i needed , such as comfy bed and linen. the staff were efficient and friendly. the breakfast was hearty.
the toilet had poo stains and there was dust on the radiator , this was unpleasant. the damaged mouldy blinds and view of a takeaway car park with orange lights shining all night were also disappointing.

The room was lovely! It included a roll top bath and a modern shower room. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was high quality. Dinner was delicious, and the pizzas were great. I also enjoyed the sides.
My room had water marks on the wall. The kettle was full of limescale, so I did not use it. The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am. I knew it was not the fault of the hotel because a guest decided to vape in their room. the staff did not mention or apologize the following morning.

The staff was super great throughout my stay. breakfast offered a great choice, and i especially enjoyed the coffee. the room was not just clean but also very functional. It had everything i needed, including a fan, very useful during the hot nights.
i noticed very slight water marks on the wall in my room.

The girls at breakfast, especially natalie, maxine, and elle, provided excellent service. natalie was especially lovely. I had a great chat with her. i was really well looked after!!!

The breakfast was superb. It offered a big choice and great coffee. the bar had a lovely atmosphere, blending locals and visitors. the food was AMAZING!!!

Plenty of car parking was available. This made arrival and departure very easy. i found easy access to the surrounding areas. the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions.

The pub is attached and does great pizzas with lots of outdoor seating. i found this arrangement very convenient. It provided a relaxed atmosphere. the outdoor space was very well kept.
