Amazing Stay and Beautiful Grounds!

The hotel grounds were fine. The area reminded me of it was straight out of a fairytale (I loved it!). Our room was upgraded. It included a good patio where we lit the fire and toasted marshmallows (the hotel provided everything!). I cannot wait to return to this place! The staff were kind, and Vicky were very good too ensure our stay was comfortable.

The hotel seemed slightly understaffed during check-in, but the team did their best to manage it.

i was really disappointed with the food situation. it took forever for our food to arrive. i had to ask about it after waiting a good while. the breakfast i ordered was not hot, it was actually cold, not good. the kitchen should really source local items considering the area.

perfect location lovely views good breakfast really good service

i found the location to be perfect and the views from my room were lovely! the breakfast was really good value and set me up for the day. the upstairs bar felt cosy and the bartender clive gave really good service. the grounds were superb and i spent an afternoon exploring.

the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint in some areas. it's not a big deal, but noticeable.

The spa features a range of treatments. a sauna and steam room. i saw the gym had modern equipment. There were three treadmills and several stationary bikes. there are also two tennis courts.
