quiet room prompt service tasty dinner warm breakfast
My room faced the main street and was quiet. Reception staff addressed my requests promptly and found a soft pillow. Dinner was well presented and tasty. Breakfast service was warm with fruit, yogurt, and croissants provided. Hot options were also tasty.
I found a 10% gratuity added to my bill covering the room and spa costs. I noticed this upon departure.

The hotel has parking through the arch. Breakfast includes cereal yogurt fruit and pastries. The pub offers a good selection of beers, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks and has a lovely atmosphere with lit fires and plenty of seating.

My room was very clean. The room had big towels nice toiletries tissues and water. The bed was comfortable. A fan was provided in the room.

Staff were cute and friendly. The breakfast lady was very nice. One staff member went to great lengths to return my wallet and passport to me before i left london. The receptionist helped me with any query i had.

helpful staff excellent location convenient parking early room
The staff were very cute and helpful. They ensured my room was ready early because i needed to change quickly for a wedding, which i really appreciated. the location was excellent, right in the town center. free parking was a great benefit, located conveniently at the back of the building.
the bar seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh.

The staff were always accessible and helpful with any request. I felt well looked after. breakfast requires you to complete an order form upon arrival and the breakfast service included yogurt, cereals, fruit and pastries. i was grateful

ground floor apartment convenient location nearby bar
i found the location excellent for exploring the area. our ground floor cottage apartment included both a bath and a shower. the dining area was conveniently opposite our room for breakfasts, and the bar was nearby for evening drinks. which i really appreciated.
the room was a bit dusty, specifically on top of the pictures and bedside lamps.

the breakfast was generally good a better selection of pastries would be very good
the room faced the main road it was very noisy because of traffic and single glassed windows i had upgraded yet the window blinds were inadequate there was also no extract fan
