The hotel location is AMAZING. I found the reception staff helpful and attentive. Breakfast included a good variety, especially the full English breakfast with superb coffee. Homemade cookies and a coffee machine with Rave pods were also a nice touch.
The room I booked online looked NOTHING like the actual room, disappointing. I expected better furnishings and a four poster bed. The view wasn't nice. The absence of effective heating throughout the night left me a LITTLE cold.

The room was nice and clean (I stayed in a Superior King Room).
The breakfast service was quite disappointing. It was probably the worst I've experienced. The limited choice was frustrating, and the coffee tasted undrinkable. I think I could make better coffee with my eyes closed. it was difficult to get a straight answer at checkout about what was included in the room rate.
