The breakfast was amazing, seriously one of the best I've ever had! Staff were so friendly and cute.
The room was very cold when I arrived. There was no way to adjust the heat myself! I had to ask for help multiple times, a bit frustrating.

A Good Cotswolds Getaway

friendly staff excellent lunch
The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed Sunday lunch with roast sirloin of beef . It was excellent. The model village at the back of the hotel was wonderful. It was great to look around and admire the model makers' work.
There appears to be no noise insulation. I could hear everything from other rooms , from conversations to the sounds of the internal extractor fan system.

cold room multiple requests
the breakfasts were very good with consistent perfect poached eggs.
the room was quite cold upon arrival and i could not adjust the heat myself. staff mentioned the heat activates only at 5 pm. even at 5 pm, the radiators stayed cold. eventually, a staff member turned them on, but it was bothersome to request help so many times. i felt it was unacceptable.

The location met my expectations and the breakfast was acceptable.
I found the single room to be quite small. It was not very inviting. The limited space made it difficult to relax. I expected a bit more for the price I paid.
