I was charmed by the winter wonderland package. It was a great value. our 'cosy' room was very clean with a comfy bed. staff members were friendly and helpful. i will definitely consider a return visit.
The room felt very stuffy. It had no aircon or fans. the location at the front of the hotel meant it was really loud, with a constantly busy through-road.

The location of the hotel is fairly central. My room included a comfortable bed. The food was good. The breakfast tasted fresh.
My room was quite small for what i payed. Staff was hard to find at times. Sometimes, i needed assistance. The water left in the room wasn't cooled. There was no mini fridge.
