the room offered two queen beds! that was a big plus. breakfast had a river view, and the buffet had good choices. a waitrose grocery store was close by. the hotel's location was convenient.
The bathroom bin was full with used items upon arrival. the hotel staff didn't address this issue promptly. I had to complain twice. the carpets were also not properly cleaned.

The hotel is situated close to several amenities. I found this very convenient. it allowed easy access to local attractions. the nearby guild hall is also easily accessible.

my room was a good size. the bar area was spacious. breakfast had high quality food, and there was a good variety on offer.
the shower's design was disappointing. the space felt ridiculously cramped. i am average build, yet i constantly banged into walls just trying to wash.
