i found the reception staff very helpful. the breakfast area was great and well-managed. the hotel maintained a high standard (i was impressed). local parking was very convenient.
i noticed the corridors were sometimes a bit messy with items like empty bottles.

i found the location a treasure, so close to everything i wanted to see. breakfast offered many choices and each tasted lovely. the staff was attentive and friendly. i found parking quite convenient, a true blessing for exploring.
i noticed slight dust under the bed in my room, a minor detail i wish was addressed.

the room offered two queen beds! that was a big plus. breakfast had a river view, and the buffet had good choices. a waitrose grocery store was close by. the hotel's location was convenient.
The bathroom bin was full with used items upon arrival. the hotel staff didn't address this issue promptly. I had to complain twice. the carpets were also not properly cleaned.

my room was a good size. the bar area was spacious. breakfast had high quality food, and there was a good variety on offer.
the shower's design was disappointing. the space felt ridiculously cramped. i am average build, yet i constantly banged into walls just trying to wash.
