clean room delicious meal helpful staff no sky sports drunken guests poor service
The room I got was so lovely and clean. The evening meal I ate was delicious I enjoyed it so much. The staffs was very polite and very helpful with any queries I had!
The reception told me that Sky Sports would show football in the bar. When I arrive there, they do not have Sky Sports. I was ruined our plans, this is so sad. I experienced disturbances in the corridor during the night from other guests and drunk. I complained at reception and just got a sorry. It not good enough!

I found ample outside space at the hotel. The bed was comfortable! The room included bottled water.

late bar great atmosphere helpful staff
The bar was open late. It had a great atmosphere. The leisure facilities provided many options. The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive. They really enhanced my stay. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!
I noticed some wear and tear. The carpet had stains in several places.

The pool, sauna, and steam room were in excellent working order. I saw guests enjoying the fitness center. It has various equipment for a complete workout, including treadmills and stationary bikes.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful from arrival through to checkout. They provided quick responses to requests. The team members ensured a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.

My room had a good size with comfortable beds and clean, decent towels. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower. There were ample toiletries, so I did not need to request any extra.

lovely stay, i am grateful
clean room friendly staff efficient service great staff
i found the room clean and a good size. all the staff were friendly and helpful. chloe at reception arranged a taxi for me. the taxi service was well organised and efficient. bar staff were also great.
i noticed some stains on the table lamp , the carpet was full of stains , and the bed sheets had rips in many places.

the room included a comfortable twin bed, a desk , and a chair. fresh towels were supplied daily. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower , which i really appreciated.
