wonderful experience
outdoor pool high-quality food relaxing walk
the heated outdoor pool stood out. i ordered drinks online, and staff delivered them quickly. the restaurant offers high-quality food. after dinner, a walk and swings provided a relaxing end to the day.
the spa area felt a bit small when more than a few guests were using it.

Our visit was nice, starting with convenient access from Cheltenham. The room had lovely features and felt comfortable. The staff was kind, particularly at dinner, where they were perfect. I appreciated the historic building and scenic walks.

poor breakfast disappointing breakfast
the outdoor pool location was acceptable. the view was also pretty good.
i was very frustrated. the breakfast quality was poor! there was no fresh sliced fruit, only fruit salad. continental breakfast was disappointing. also, breakfast in the room was disappointing too.

outdoor pool racecourse views really good service attentive staff
We liked that the outdoor pool allowed for relaxation and offered a chance for swimming and drink. The racecourse views added a beautiful touch. We looked at them until late at night. Breakfast and dinner were really good, the service was excellent. I noticed the staff paid close attention to details.
