the staff gave helpful advice regarding local dining and attractions. my room featured a soaking bathtub, which i found particularly enjoyable. the full english breakfast at the orange artichoke restaurant was a delight (i especially liked the sausages).
the windows in room 204 did not open, a real drawback. the air conditioning was too loud to keep running at night, so the room got uncomfortably hot.

the gym has several machines including treadmills and bikes, easily accessible on the premises. the pool area provides a relaxing environment, equipped with loungers to unwind after a swim, nice.

The check-in process was quick with friendly staff, it started my visit well. My room was quiet, clean, and dark at night, a huge plus for sleeping. The hotel has a convenient location, and it made walking around town quite easy. The bed was REALLY comfortable.
The parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel. I knew this in advance.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful . They were always available to answer questions. The room service was efficient and prompt. Food arrived hot.

The room wasn't clean. the bathroom had issues, and the breakfast area was too cold. Some buffet items were almost frozen.

the room had good amenities. a nice cleaning staff was present. the restaurant seemed very nice, and the staff was great there. the pool was great.
the room was not serviced one day. i had to make four phone calls about it. i had to cancel my dinner reservation because of this issue. the bottom sheet was only part way up the bed.
