wonderful building

christmas tree festive vestibule christmas wonderland
the christmas tree added a lovely touch. the entrance vestibule looked festive for christmas. the room was nice. the entire hotel was a christmas wonderland.
the bathroom needed some maintenance work. the silicone looked mouldy. paint had chips. some staff members were not friendly.

the sycamore suite upgrade for our anniversary was super! it gave us awesome views. the staff were helpful. there was convenient parking available.
the wi-fi was basically nonexistent. it made things a little difficult.

underwhelming stay despite nice grounds.

high air conditioning minimal continental options
I found my room quite dated. The air conditioning was much too high and i could not adjust it easily. the swimming pool seemed cold and not very clean. I did not find it inviting. breakfast was a bit chaotic as i waited over 15 minutes just to get seated. the food looked questionable and the continental options seemed minimal. i found the experience quite disappointing.

lovely bathroom heated pool
the building had character with on-site parking. the room was big with a lovely bathroom. i accessed the outdoor heated pool , it was very good.
the breakfast arrived with tea in a broken cup. the coffee was spilled. the staff needed cleanliness and polite manner.

the staff were cheerful and helpful . i found the spa facilities to be immaculate. the hotel offered both an indoor and outdoor pool.
i noticed the hotel felt quite dated. the air conditioning seemed set too high and was difficult to adjust. breakfast proved chaotic with waits to be seated.
