Coach House Suite Experience

large seating area great towels cocktail selection coffee options
This stay marked my third visit. I found it pleasant. I enjoyed the coach house suite. The room included a large seating area. The bathroom impressed me with high-quality towels and toiletries. The room also had a complimentary minibar stocked with cocktails, beers, and soft drinks. There were various snacks available, I liked the coffee options.
The dinner menu seemed biased towards seafood, limiting options for non-shellfish eaters. I did not find options to remove shellfish easily from main dishes.

Decent Stay with Service and Breakfast Issues

cold breakfast poor quality muffins
Our hideout cabin had what was needed for a few days away.
Service and food options were disappointing, specifically at breakfast. On one occasion, we waited a half hour for dessert. The first morning, the cooked breakfast was cold with undercooked bacon and cold poached eggs. The second morning, eggs benedict were served on untoasted muffins with cold ham. This did not meet the standards expected for the price.

the breakfast service was acceptable (i managed to get some coffee).
The beautiful king room i booked wasn't really beautiful. the tv had only freeview channels, it was like stepping back into the early 2000s. also, dinner at the hook took ages. My massaman fish curry tasted like a packet sauce, quite disappointing.
