the food in all three restaurants provided excellent choice. i enjoyed the variety of entertainment during the daytime and evenings. the staff were attentive, and the grounds were beautiful!

The lifts seemed confusing for senior citizens. Pressing -1, -2, or -3 to go up caused problems.

Heythrop Park Stay

four-poster bed beautiful bathroom attentive staff

I arrived early and checked in online, so I bypassed reception! I got a mansion room that had a four-poster bed and a lounge area. The bathroom was beautiful. It overlooked the fairway! There were many bars and eateries as well as a well-equipped gym, pool, sauna, and steam room. Ryan was a fantastic tour guide and quiz host. He. All staff were attentive, and nothing seemed too much for them.

There are many levels and long flights of stairs, which could be difficult. Reaching the theatre from my room in the North Wing required three different lifts! This could present challenges for wheelchair users. Better accessibility options would improve the experience for all guests.

the hotel's grounds are beautiful and offer great walks. i appreciated the helpfulness of staff in the restaurants as they assisted with my onion intolerance. the entertainment included good singers and varied acts.

the room lacked some expected information and bedside storage.

the hotel offered a clean room. i also found a great selection of food that could please everyone. the grounds were beautifully maintained and provided a nice area to walk.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. I especially liked the wide selection available. the evening entertainment was also good. It had a varied program with options to choose from. i had a nice break there.

The coffee provided really needs an upgrade. I actually had to bring my own.

the grounds are beautiful and so well looked after. they cover over 400 acres. the food is excellent and the staff is very helpful too. i took part in archery for the first time with excellent supervision.

the rooms don't have bath robes, which i would have liked.
