comfortable beds great shower friendly staff
the beds had comfort. the shower was great with a good pressure. decor was pretty with lovely colors. the lift was very useful for reaching upper floors. breakfast was delicious with many options. the breakfast staff were friendly and so accommodating to every request.

The location IS superb. It is close to the rail station AND the city centre. Storing my bags before AND after my stay WAS easy. Breakfast was GOOD.

a sweet escape..

central location good meal helpful staff
the location was wonderfully central. the meal was especially good, i savored every bite. a member of staff at the desk offered very helpful advice and service.
the bathroom felt aged and needed a modern touch. i noticed cracked tiles and some flaking paint on the windows.
