lovely stay with polite service
warm greetingcomfortable roomfriendly staff
i appreciated the warm greeting upon arrival. the room was comfortable, and the food met expectations for both evening meals and breakfast. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. most guest only stay for one night i saw, but i spent five nights and would be happy to recommend this hotel.
the rooms felt a bit outdated and the bed was quite hard, that's a slight issue.

the hotel provides ample parking. there is a bus stop a short walk from the hotel and it allows quick access to the city center. this made getting around easy, without the need to drive.

the hotel has a lovely position near bath. the area is very peaceful and offers nice views. it is a short bus ride to bath, that makes it convenient, yet away from the city noise.

the rooms were clean with generous supplies of tea and milk. the room i stayed in has coffee and tea making facilities. the bed was very comfortable, made the rest very easy.

the building is very beautiful i thought. fresh tasty options were available for breakfast. friendly staff were on hand to assist guests with luggage. the pre-ordered evening meal for a large group was served exactly as requested. i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.
the shower's water pressure was not very good at times
