The staff, they were so tender. the restaurant always remembered my dietary needs, i needed gluten-free meals. my room became my haven after long, tiring days. The perfect comfort to come back to.

i found that i had a small problem with car parking. i paid for parking, but i still received a fine, and resolving it was time-consuming. it felt very unsettling.

efficient check-in professional service comfortable room

The check-in process was efficient, and Caitlin and Dee provided professional service at the bar. They were pretty good too accommodate my mother's dietary needs, especially considering the busy bar area. I recommend the Gammon steak.. it was delicious! The rooms provided total comfort.

There was a minor delay in serving us but it was understandable given the busy circumstances.

the pool and changing rooms were clean.

the bed had a second mattress. it did not fully fit, so it was very uncomfortable. also, the reception staff were not cute at check-in. they did their job, but failed to was good.

the staff upgraded us to the executive room. it was a VERY spacious, clean room. the spa was fantastic, and they gave us robes. the pool changed colours, a nice touch.

the mattress was a bit too hard for me. i will be BACK, though. but it's important to mention it.
