beyond expectations!

luxury decor helpful staff
i adored the superior king room! the decor felt so luxurious. the bed was comfy too, i even found a happy birthday note with macarons and brownies because it was my partner's birthday. the staff clearly care, and they are very helpful.

exquisite attention to detail!

dyson hairdryer luxurious towel
the hotel included a dyson hairdryer. it had sustainable q-tips presented in a corked glass tube with a fabric bag. the towels were large and luxurious. the restaurant served great food from the crab gazpacho to the double gloucester souffle. the paloma cocktail was also amazing.
I found the hotel a bit noisy because of road traffic. the bar also created noise. guests next door brought back extra guests at 1:40am. i called reception, and they addressed the room, though security was not there. the noise continued for over two hours.

the superior king room was amazing! the decor was fine, and the quality was superb. i became obsessed with the bed's comfort. i wanted to live in that bath!!!
