comprehensive selection relaxing space well-kept space convenient location
The breakfast offered a very comprehensive selection. I particularly enjoyed the variety. The lounge area and bar provided a relaxing space, which I found suitable for unwinding after a long day. The outdoor space was well kept and overlooked gardens. I found the location convenient, with easy access by car to nearby attractions.
The room did not have a thermostat to adjust the temperature, a slight inconvenience.

The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. They were attentive to requests and provided prompt service. Their positive attitude contributed to a cute atmosphere throughout the entire stay.

The room was clean and adequately equipped with essential amenities. The bed was comfortable. The en-suite bathroom had sufficient space with functioning fixtures, which I found to be in good working order.

warm welcome friendly staff good food distant room dirty bath missing lift
the staff was friendly and efficient. i always receive a warm welcome here. the food was good quality.
the room i was in was at the end of a hallway with 2 sets of steps to get there. i wasn't offered a lift option to get there. the bath was very dirty so i couldn't have a bath.
