Absolutely Charmed by This Hotel!

warm welcome surprise cake friendly staff

The recently renovated hotel was warm and cute. I found a welcome note and cake waiting in my room, SUCH a pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful, attending to every need. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay.

I encountered a generator operating outside my window. It was quite noisy at times, especially in the morning before it switched off for the day.

The staff was very attentive and provided really good service throughout the stay. I enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant, the menu had a variety of options. The room was sumptuous and included amenities like slippers and a bathrobe. The hotel had a secure car park, and entry was gained with a code.

We had an beautiful top floor room specifically designed for dogs. Impeccably clean, it featured thoughtful design! the minibar had a very generous selection of items. the staff were great, ensuring myself and my two dachshunds felt completely at home. i was totally spoilt for my birthday. The hotel.

The strange tasting ice cream served for dessert had only a tiny scrape of chocolate sauce. rhubarb fool was also ordinary. The portion was quite small.

amazing surprise!

secure car park lemon drizzle cakes retro radio

i booked a standard double room. the hotel gave me a code for the secure car park. i found yummy lemon drizzle cakes and a retro radio in the room! the classical music playing added a special touch.

The generator outside my window switched off at 22:00 but restarted at 08:00. It should be mentioned beforehand. The rates should be adjusted appropriately.
