early closing uncleaned room
the staff seemed eager to wrap things up VERY early. we were asked to leave the bar at 9:30 PM because it was closing. i also noticed our room wasn't cleaned AT ALL . it was like everything was arranged for the staff's convenience, NOT the guests.

warm welcome room upgrade friendly staff portable radiators
I received a warm welcome and also a room upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful with my needs. I found the food and menu nice. I also appreciated the portable radiators provided in the room.
I did notice the motion-sensor lights were slow. I needed my phone for lighting in the hallways late at night.
