the location was convenient in the town center. the room offered a good size bathroom. breakfast included a simple but tasty choice.
i found that the door handle to the room was taped. the room felt damp with a mouldy smell. there were stains on the carpet.

friendly staff comfortable bed excellent breakfast
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions. The room was perfect, and I loved the comfortable bed, it helped me rest. Breakfast was excellent, with a lovely selection from which to choose.
I have one small problem, the door handle to the room looked worn.

charming stay in the cotswolds

central location great selection helpful staff
the location was excellent (right in the heart of everything) making it easy to explore. the breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of items to choose from each morning. the staff were always helpful and happy to assist with any questions or requests i had.
The door handle to my room felt loose. I was slightly concerned about security.

My luxury king or twin room featured comfortable bed linens and good space for luggage. It was very clean. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries, a rainfall shower, and fresh towels were provided daily. It added a touch of luxury.

great location helpful staff taped door carpet stains
The location was great being right in the heart of the town. The room was lovely and breakfast was also very nice. I found the staff helpful.
The door handle to my room was taped. It fell off when I tried to lock the door and the door did not lock. I found stains on the carpet.
