the room was clean and well-decorated. the bed was very comfy, ensuring a restful night. the breakfast in the morning was definitely worth it, so delicious!!!
the stairs up to the room were steep. the room was under furnished, offering very little storage. the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, honestly.

homely atmosphere attentive staff amazing eggs satisfying coffee
i stayed for a night and wished i could extend my visit. the new decor created a homely atmosphere. maisy was attentive. the breakfast poached eggs were amazing and the coffee was equally satisfying (a good start to the day!).

mark, the proprietor, proved courteous and an excellent host throughout my stay. the staff provided great service, and were friendly and helpful. everything was taken care of.

charming stay
quality sausage comfortable bed super clean facilities
the room had carefully considered details. there was a coffee machine included, alongside fresh milk. i found subtle, inviting fragrances throughout the space. the facilities were super clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. breakfast stood out, with top-quality sausage and eggs cooked perfectly.
i noticed the stairs are quite steep. this might pose a challenge for elderly guests.

the pub provided amazing food, i discovered well-priced drinks, and a super friendly staff. a christmas menu was available, with options like ham hock, turkey, and cheeseboard. wines were also a great complement to the meals.
