The room furnishings were lovely. I found a bus stop right around the corner, so convenient for getting around. The digital key system made check-in simple too.

superb short stay

gorgeous décor comfy bed helpful communication
the room décor was gorgeous. the bed was super comfy. i found parking on the street and got a 24-hour resident permit after a quick message exchange (alex was helpful and responded promptly). the location allowed easy walks to the city center.
i had a struggle getting inside at check-in. the keypad on the door was sensitive when wet. we had no response from staff to resolve this problem.

decorated room spacious room clear indication sensitive keypad ceiling crack wetness problem
the room presented really well. it was beautifully decorated and spacious. they provided very clear instructions, this was really helpful.
the keypad on door was a little sensitive when wet. i struggled to get inside the hotel. there was a huge crack in the ceiling.

The shower temperature was a PROBLEM. i COULDN'T regulate it, it switched between cold and burning hot. The location is on a busy corner. Daytime noise IS considerable.

convenient proximity city center interesting books digital key system sensitive keypad staff response needed care
i appreciate the hotel proximity to the city center. the books provided were a nice touch. the digital key system worked smoothly to, accessing the hotel was easy.
i struggled a bit with the keypad on the door during check in, especially when it got wet. i didn't receive a response from the staff when i had trouble with this. the building was old, but needed some care.

spacious room thoughtful picture
The room size was spacious and it included a mini fridge on the landing. A water jug was available to refill the glass bottle in the room, a lovely idea. The bathroom was great and the shower was AMAZING!!! Thoughtful pictures decorated the walls. Plenty of storage space was available. An extra heater and air conditioning machine were provided.
