they helped me. the private garden was lovely. it was convenient to walk into town for shopping too.
i had an issue with the sink in my room. it made a horrific gurgling sound whenever other people used water. this happened constantly. i wasn't happy about how they handled the complaint.

i enjoyed the grounds they kept up so well they had attractive gardens i also thought the staff were polite friendly knowledgeable and informative the hotel is really pretty it made me happy
i had a huge issue the sink in my room made a horrific gurgling sound when others used water both days it was constant the sound woke me during the night and early each morning it was really loud i wasn't really happy about how they handled the complaint
