slightly underwhelming stay

convenient locationnoisy roomaverage breakfast
the location was pretty convenient, i will give it that.
My room was surprisingly noisy. i could hear everything happening outside and in the hallway, difficult to relax and sleep. also, the breakfast was just okay considering the price. I expected a lot more for what i paid, but i got something pretty average.

the bed was quite comfortable and i slept okay.
check-in took way too long because of reservation issues! they said i had two reservations and acted like they were doing me a favor by canceling the extra one. then, they hadn't even charged me, so i had to contact my credit card company. it was a frustrating start.

Wonderful Stay!

amazing staffhelpful staffthermal spamineral water
The general manager Dashni ensured check-in went smoothly and their team was amazing. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. The thermal spa experience was great because of the piped-in spa music. I felt relaxed and happy from the mineral water.
The bar felt cramped like an airport lounge, so it wasn't very relaxing to me.
