I found the mews luxe room very comfortable. It included a king-size bed and a separate seating area. The bathroom had underfloor heating. I appreciated THAT. The toiletries were high quality.

heated rack lovely linens attentive staff
I found my room, a manor cosy, to be very clean. the bed linens felt lovely. i appreciated the heated towel rack in the bathroom. It was a nice touch. breakfast included attentive staff.
the bar only had very young service people, they were speaking between them, not paying attention.

cheap frames dim bedside lamps
breakfast was good, though it was a little slow being served.
The room decor was below par. The picture and mirror frames were cheap. the bedside lamps were too dim and i had to rely on the spotlight over the bathroom threshold. it did not meet the standards i expect for this price point.

fine grounds excellent food helpful staff
The hotel offered fine grounds. I enjoyed excellent food. the staff seemed helpful. My stay in the estate was very pleasant. I stayed in one of the hot tags, that was comfortable.
The hotel is expensive, so some might expect more.
