helpful staff central location georgian style quick assistance
i found the staff cute and helpful. they quickly assisted me with my luggage upon arrival. the location was central, close to nearby attractions. the building had a georgian style that suited the area very well.
the room was somewhat smaller than i had anticipated.

old dust peeling panel
the location was acceptable close to the city center the building had some charm
the room felt quite neglected there was dust everywhere i looked i found old dust on surfaces and in corners the bathroom tiles were scaled and the bath panel was peeling it really detracted from the design i also was disappointed breakfast was only cooked or continental with no option for both

i appreciated the hotel's central location. it was an easy walk to shops and attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast was tasty and the service was efficient.
the bathroom grout needed better cleaning. the tv placement was awkward. i bumped my head on it during the night.

the staff provided good breakfast and check in was smooth. the room included a large window and a huge chandelier! it created a special georgian ambience. the breakfast tasted delicious.
Some areas needed a bit of brushing up. It did not bother me though.

fantastic stay!

prime location attentive staff
I love its prime location which is so close to everything, its really amazing! the staff rocks. They were attentive to every request i had and solved any problem i faced. i also appreciate the complimentary parking as i had a rental car.
the pillows and the bed were, like, super uncomfortable. i swear, it had winter duvet on and i was boiling although the air conditioning worked well so i couldn't sleep.

the hotel lift operates very slow, but its functional if you have the patience to wait. there is complimentary parking available, but spaces could be limited when the hotel is at full occupancy. the hotel offers luggage storage.

this location rocks being really central with easy walking distance to many shops. it is super close to many cool tourist attractions. you can do everything just walking, so no bus is needed to see the main attractions, what a win! it is in a quiet part of town also.

my boutique cosy room was very clean, but the bed wasn't comfy. the room has a tray you must plug in with the kettle on it but it's on a table not near a plug, so weird! my room also has a charming, tasteful, ornamental object d'arte.
