high noise levelbroken lampshade

the room was small. I noticed immediately that the noise level was high. i could hear street traffic ALL night. The broken lampshade was REALLY annoying. I informed staff about it but nothing happened.

The room i booked was not the room i received (this was disappointing). it seemed much smaller than advertised. the noise levels were also high. I could hear street noise and corridor conversations, impacting my sleep.
