adequate experience overall
convenient location reasonable breakfast quick lift small room absent window air conditioning
the location was definitely convenient. it made exploring the area accessible. the breakfast offered a reasonable selection. i found the quick lifts quite helpful. the staff were generally friendly.
the room seemed smaller than expected. i booked what i thought was a queen room. it felt more like a standard double. the lack of a window. despite adjusting the air conditioning, it remained quite warm.

mixed feelings about this stay
small room uncomfortable bed
the location was good for seeing the sites
the room i got was not great it had no window it made me feel really claustrophobic the air conditioning barely worked too the bed wasn't comfortable and i woke up with back pain

I expected more from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast really let me down. The selection felt limited, and the quality wasn't great. the promised restaurant turned out to be just a basic bar serving food. It was kind of frustrating

modern room friendly staff
The room was very modern. i appreciated the fridge in the room. the breakfast area had nice seats and was very organized. staff members were helpful. They were happy and friendly.

the hotel is in a great central location! many attractions are easily accessible on foot. the hotel is close to several points of interest and the city center, a definite advantage.

artificial eggs missing amenities
the breakfast didn't meet expectations it felt more suited for a budget hotel the scrambled eggs tasted artificial not made from fresh eggs also i missed having table service typically found in a four star hotel that left me feeling a little underwhelmed also the room felt somewhat basic for the price paid while clean it lacked the finer touches i've come to expect such as a mini bar or even slippers this contributed to a feeling the value didn't quite match the cost
