wonderful stay at this charming b&b

delicious breakfast local produce perfect hospitality central location
i enjoyed the delicious breakfast with locally sourced eggs from their own hens. the hosts, sue and gareth, offered perfect hospitality and attention to detail. the location allowed easy exploration of the cotswolds, which i found central.
the towels felt a little old.

The queen room was spacious and cosy. I slept well in the very comfortable bed. the cleanliness of the room impressed me, i thought it was spotlessly clean. all the amenities i needed were available.

The b&b provided all the facilities i needed. I always felt free to ask for what i was missing. i appreciated the honesty bar and the option to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. the breakfast room had a very calm atmosphere.

the room was very spacious and clean. breakfast offered a good selection. i found the hosts to be charming and helpful (especially regarding local tips).
the shower pressure was a bit low.

old towel trickle shower
the breakfast had local produce and eggs from their own hens, this was served in the dining room.
the room was not what i hoped for. the shower barely worked, it was just a trickle. the towels felt old and worn (they were not soft at all).

I enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly. It was cooked fresh. Sue and Gareth are very good hosts. They were friendly and cute. The location is a short drive to villages..
The dated style of the furniture was noticeable. It showed some wear. The bathroom felt a bit small..
