the room was a classic room it featured excellent facilities including bathrobes and slippers i appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottles of water the bed was comfy. the location allowed us to explore nearby shops i liked the short walk to facilities. the staff provided a warm welcome and efficient explanation of parking arrangements they asked about our preferences for dinner and breakfast. the bar and restaurant area seemed very smart.
the lights were a little difficult to operate in the room the switches seemed somewhat temperamental.

The staff was cute. I especially enjoyed the complimentary glass of champagne I received. The room was gorgeous and included a roll-top bath, a dream come true after a long day. I was like royalty with those treats!
I found the parking fee of £10 per night excessive. It definitely impacted my overall budget for the trip and felt unnecessary considering the other expenses.

decent stay, some minor hiccups

perfect location ground floor large bathroom
the hotel's location helped me meet family. it sits within walking distance to some local spots. my ground floor room helped with my mobility issues. the large bathroom and in-room amenities prove great, even if it was a one-night stay.
i did get charge for parking at £10, that use to be free. also, it cost £25 for my 2 small dogs. the first room offered seemed dark. all window were etched, so i could not see out.

helpful staff wonderful cocktails tasty breakfast
THE STAFF was amazing throughout my stay. The bartenders made wonderful cocktails. Breakfast was filling and very tasty I enjoyed every minute. The reception staff made checkout simple i did not have to wait.
My allocated room was not comfortable or what I pre-ordered. The shower was very small I could hardly turn around to shower properly. No fresh coffee or clean coffee mugs were provided in my room it was a big issue. The toilet handle looked loose.
