the staff were kind. they were always available to assist with any requests. the superior double room had a private enclosed courtyard. it was perfect for my little dog. the food for dinner and breakfast was very tasty. i especially enjoyed the continental breakfast.
the car park is small and quite tight. i found it a bit stressful upon arrival. the mirror was very dirty. it was covered in fingerprints. there were also some cleaning issues throughout the hotel. i noticed that some areas had not been cleaned properly .

surprisingly good

on site parking friendly reception
the on site parking, it was a great bonus. check in was quick and easy. front reception was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is well situated, the main square plus all shops are just a short walk away.
the shower pressure was very hard and i couldn't adjust it. the light shades were cracked. i noticed stains on the chairs and cobwebs. i thought a premium room should have been in better condition.

i booked a superior room but parking was difficult i almost damaged my car in the tiny car park area the room cleaning was inconsistent dirty finger print marks were present on the mirror and tea caddy
