The staff were friendly and helpful upon my arrival. I was impressed by the elegant decor inside. I especially liked the homemade lemon biscuits in the pantry. They were a charming touch.
My room felt a bit cold initially, but the heating improved after some time. There was only one small bag of hot chocolate provided. A biscuit or something extra would be nice. I noticed some cleaning equipment in the hallway, including vacuuming.

The location is ideal with easy access to the city center. Complimentary snacks were available in the pantry a nice perk. The bar area offered a lovely ambiance and a great selection. My room included comfortable bed sheets and was a good size overall I found my accommodations quite adequate
The room temperature was warm even on the lowest radiator setting. I had to make adjustments to achieve a comfortable level. This required some attention I didn't initially anticipate. I had to change the settings multiple times

this hotel feels like a true treat and a home. i loved the warm welcome from the team. the downstairs bar has delicious cocktails! i really enjoyed the giant bath and comfortable bed.
the door to our room felt quite thin. i could hear every little noise in the corridor. i woke up throughout the night and did not sleep well. a good night's sleep is very important to me.

The pantry offers sweets and ice cream . It is a nice bonus! the hotel has a bar with a variety of drinks. parking is available, but reserving a space as soon as you book is important.

breakfast has so much choice, super service, and everything was tasty. the cocktails are AMAZING!!! the bar prepares exquisite margaritas. room service is available with a range of options.

the location is superb and a short walk to major attractions. it is near the pulteney bridge, just outside the city center. this positioning makes it a little quieter. a park is adjacent to the hotel.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The pantry access was a fun and quirky feature. I found the breakfast great, with excellent choices.
The complimentary pantry was empty by 5pm. It was not restocked by my 11am checkout time.
