the staff were friendly and informative. the room included a spacious layout and a comfortable bed. i was grateful for the gift they left for my wife.
our room faced the parking lot, so the view wasn't great. the new extension detracts from the old hotel's charm. the interior felt somewhat dowdy, like suited for a retirement home, it wasn't a good surprise.

the room was excellent and included comfortable beds. the bathroom was spacious, a nice plus. breakfast was very good with many options. we also had dinner in the bar and the food was delicious.
there was a lack of surface for my suitcase while unpacking. only a rain shower head was available in the shower. i would have preferred an alternative shower option.
