Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

parking assistancecomfortable atmospheregreat locationunpleasant odor
I appreciated the help with parking from the front desk staff. They quickly sorted everything out (it was a big relief!). I enjoyed the charming and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The location was also great, close to many attractions.
The room had a slight odor, like carpet with chemicals. This might bother those sensitive to smells, possibly causing a headache.

woo-hoo! my fabulous getaway!

honesty barhomemade biscuitsconvenient locationweak coffee
the honesty bar seriously rocked! so many choices, i sampled a few tasty beverages. my room had lovely homemade biscuits! i gobbled them right up, and the location, right by the royal crescent, worked great for my wanderings.
i really wanted some stronger coffee at breakfast. the first attempt looked weak like tea, and the plunger had not been pressed! i think they could really improve here, especially for caffeine addicts like me.

The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the short walks. The breakfast offered a good variety and was plentiful, I ate very well. The room had plenty of lovely toiletries, I found them useful. I especially liked the chilled lounge. It provided a quiet space.
The room seemed a bit cramped. It was room 11. I also noticed that the black light fitting looked like a spider, it was odd in the dark. The WiFi was basically non-existent. It made communication difficult. I think the carpets need replacing. They looked filthy and covered in dust.

Fantastic Stay at a Georgian Gem

attentive staffthoughtful gesturemissing protector
The staff was attentive to my needs. I requested extra tea and milk, and it was promptly provided. I found homemade cookies in my room upon arrival. The gesture was thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable, with feather pillows that suited me well. I appreciated the proximity to key attractions like the Roman Bath.
I noticed the absence of protectors on the pillows, which prompted me to use an item of clothing as a barrier. I think there could be more attention to this detail for improved hygiene. I hope it gets resolved SOON.
Facilities

The hotel is set within a beautifully maintained Georgian building. It enhances the visit. The communal areas provide a cute space to relax. I REALLY enjoyed that.
Service

The team were professional and friendly. They gave clear and helpful information. The offer of vegan options for the Prosecco cream tea was accommodating. It catered to specific dietary needs. I noticed that.
Location

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the Charlotte Street car park. It offers easy parking. The walking distance to the town centre is short. This makes exploring local attractions very easy. WOW
