Excellent Stay with Great Self-Service Facilities

The location has convenient parking close to the town center. The facilities worked well and I found them clean. I was happy with the self-service breakfast. It included toast, tea, yogurt, and cereals. The kitchen provides great self-service options with all the equipment you need. I enjoyed the conservatory offering a pleasant view of the gardens.

The electronic locks experienced a temporary glitch during checkout.

unacceptable cleanliness fire hazard

the kitchen cleanliness was unacceptable the fridge contained opened food. a fire extinguisher was lying on the floor this posed a trip hazard. i found an empty drug wrapper under the bed. the tv did not work i also missed having an iron and a fan.

The room was tidy, and the shower worked very well. I found a kettle in the room , very useful for making tea. The self-service breakfast included cereal and toast , a simple but adequate start to the day.

The check-in process involved a simple text message with an access code. I found a fridge and freezer were available for guest use. The bed was comfortable, and a TV was in the room. The wifi connection also worked well.

The bathroom sink taps were loose, and the cold water tap leaked from the back. I contacted the office, but no one followed up about it.
