the grounds were kept WELL. i saw plenty of parking spaces near the front entrance.

The hotel grounds were beautiful. I liked the well maintained gardens. i also found the spa facilities to be excellent, especially the pool. the food was amazing at dinner, it tasted very fresh and was presented beautifully.
our room faced the car park, and there was a constant hum from the road behind it. the breakfast service was very slow, i waited quite a while for coffee. the room cleaning seemed basic, i didn't notice much cleaning of the carpet or bathroom.

attentive staff newly refurbished rooms exceeded expectation busy spa broken jacuzzi unhelpful receptionist
the wedding took place here this year. all expectations were exceeded. the staff were so attentive throughout the build up. the rooms were newly refurbished and a haven of peace.
the spa was busy when i was there. i asked someone if i could use a bed but was sharply told it was needed. the jacuzzi seemed to be out of action and the receptionist didn't help me. the spa felt not luxury for me.
