the check-in process was quick. the staff offered helpful information about local attractions. the hotel had parking available, (which was really convenient), including charging stations for electric vehicles.
the room seemed a bit old. the furnishings did not look modern. the breakfast ingredients looked to be budget-quality, kept under lamps for an extended time (everything felt overcooked).

I found the rooms very comfortable.. the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. i also appreciated the little extras, like fresh coffee and milk in the room. the bathroom had all necessary toiletries. I didn't need my own.
the sound insulation wasn't perfect, and i could hear some noise from outside.

the hotel benefits from a central position close to local shops, pubs, and restaurants. it is about a ten-minute walk to the high street, so everything is very accessible and convenient .

i did not dine in the hotel restaurant, but it looked lovely. i did not use the bar either but it also seemed very well presented and cute to all the guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. laura and natasha provided great information. the check-in process was fast and easy. I was able to get to my room quickly and settle in.

The location was central. It was close to the main bus station. Staff seemed helpful. The restaurant was enjoyable! though the bar was a little bit noisy.
My room needed some attention. It was A bit dated.

superb breakfast central location wonderful view
I adored the breakfast. It was superb. i appreciated the location, so central to everything. our room had wonderful views overlooking the nearby park. It was magical.

The hotel offered parking on site for a daily fee. My room included beverages in the mini-fridge at no extra cost. The bathroom was very clean.
There was no interaction with staff away from the dining area (it could have been better).
