comfortable bed firm mattress good quality breakfast quiet location
the room was a good size. it had a comfortable bed with a firm mattress and several pillows. breakfast had good quality food and many choices. the city center was a short walk away along the riverside from a quiet area.
i noticed the hairdryer did not work. the sheets had stains. the room seemed a bit worn , and the side table was chipped.

food selection great location peaceful walk
The breakfast had a nice selection of food. I especially liked the buffet. the location is great. St james cemetery is right next door. i found a short path to the river, made for a peaceful walk back after exploring.
The car park is not free. I had to pay £17.50 per day using a discount code. i think parking should be included .

The location worked well because it was a level walk to the city center, but the walk was slightly lengthy. The hotel faces 'mint rooms', which is a superb indian restaurant. service was excellent and my room was faultless.

I found the staff helpful. They let me check in early. the breakfast was well done with good variety. the location is near the river, with easy access to the quieter part of town. i was upgraded to a vip room, it had a walk-in shower!
the carpets in the hallways seemed a bit worn, i noticed.

The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. it was well presented and had good natural light. I loved that. the staff were very helpful. They assisted us in selecting a room with as much light as possible for february.
even though we left our towels hanging, they changed them. they also ran out of face cloths after asking on two separate days.
