a mixed experience, some issues need addressing

the gardens was beautiful. the room was also pretty decent and comfy.
the room felt rather COLD. i noticed thick dust on the carpet and skirting board. the pillows didn't have any pillow protector. not sure if the bedding felt cold or damp.

The beautiful king room had tasteful soft furnishings and was clean. the housekeeping team maintained it super clean, a detail i appreciated. breakfast was included. Dinner was excellent and didn't disappoint.

The room was decorated to a high standard. A personalised welcome was available (i really liked it). The restaurant offered a varied menu. The service was prompt and friendly.
