my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, and i appreciate the spacious feel. the breakfast had a wide variety of options like pastries and fresh fruit. parking was indeed free and plentiful, important when i travel. the bus stop close helped me move easy.

i did notice some spots needing dusting in some areas.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i saw a good setup for workouts. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section, i think a good detail. a sauna and steam room were also available.

staff swiftly addressed the room mix-up upon arrival. the reception team promptly converted a double room into a twin room in fifteen minutes. the staff was polite and very ready to help any moment, i did see it.

The room i booked, a classic accessible twin room, looked quite tired. the bathroom had a leaky faucet that dripped constantly all night. That was so annoying! also, the promised toiletries were missing, and i had to call reception to request them. it took ages for them to arrive. That wasn't ideal at all.

The reception team gave me a warm welcome. The bed was big and comfy. Pillows were also comfy. Staff was friendly.

The food had no EPOS system. They told me 20 minutes after ordering that they don't have it. I don't expect that to be fixed soon.
