The staff members were SOOO friendly. The hotel was in a perfect location. It was very convenient for exploring.
The room felt small. I received a call at 11 PM asking why I had not arrived yet. It was a little inconvenient.

breakfast choices complimentary drinks fresh milk lovely gesture
I found the breakfast offered a wonderful range of choices. The freshness really stood out. i loved the gesture of complimentary soft drinks and sweets. Such a lovely treat. it was so thoughtful to find fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room. the staff surprised me with water and cookies on check out. It was a nice touch.
I noticed heavy dust above head height in the room. It seemed to have been accumulating for a long time, a bit of a letdown.

I felt the staff showed youth and professionalism. They were willing to help and assist when required. The reception team was very supportive and helpful. I'm grateful for the recommendations.

Breakfast was lovely. A good selection was offered, and everything was cooked well. I also found a sweet treat and water offered upon checking out. I appreciate the excellent breakfast.
