amazing stay!
fast check-in clean room fantastic selection meat restaurant
the check-in was super fast, and the staff was helpful! the room was very clean, and i had everything i needed. breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a fantastic selection. the smoked meat restaurant nearby was a great bonus!
the family room looked a little smaller but was still comfortable for my short stay.

quick response helpful staff early check-in extra fee wall heater
the staff was helpful. i had sent emails before my visit, and the responses were quick. we arrived early before check-in, and they allowed us to change in a conference room (that was very kind of them) because our room was not quite ready.
we were charged an extra fee upon arrival (i didn't know about this beforehand). the thermostat in the room did not control the wall heater.

a gentle stay
comfy bed fresh fruit helpful staff
The room included a comfy bed and plenty of pillows, i was impressed by the cleanliness. breakfast had a wide selection. I liked the hot cooked english items and the fresh fruit. the staff were smiling and helpful. Their politeness stood out.
The room had an adjoining door. I could hear noises from next door.
