central location is fantastic
central locationfriendly staffcomfortable bedgrubby entrance
the location was PERFECT, so central to everything. staff were friendly and helpful. i got upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor. the room was well appointed, had a nice view, and the bed was comfortable. i got a great night's sleep!!!
the hotel did not look as good as the pictures online. the entrance looked grubby and needs new flooring and paint. reception was fine, though.

Florian at reception gave a lovely welcome. The room was ready when I arrived. Breakfast was included. I found fresh prepared fruit, a hot breakfast and a good selection of cheeses. The bar was cosy and had an interesting selection of drinks (I tried a cocktail!).
My room was near a service area, and I sometimes heard staff early in the morning.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was also clean with all the necessary amenities. I liked that the location is near all attractions, and just a short walk to the train and bus station.

A Romantic Getaway Remembered

The location provided effortless access to many landmarks. The room offered a charming view of the nearby river. Breakfast presented a rich selection of items, including fresh pastries and hot dishes. The staff provided prompt assistance when i needed it.
The street outside was a bit noisy late into the night. Still, i managed to sleep well enough with earplugs.

The hotel team helped me with my luggage upon arrival. They also provided helpful suggestions for local dining options, and they were always available to answer my questions. The assistance was very appreciated.
