The breakfast offered a superior quality of food and a generous quantity. It was delicious. the staff were very friendly and cute, so helpful. i found the rooms spacious and comfortable. the garden area was also attractive.
The room's floorboards creaked loudly. It woke me up several times each night. it was quite a restless stay. i appreciate it's an old building, but the noise was disruptive.

the breakfast room had a nice view of the garden. when the weather was good, the doors were open to the outside. a full english breakfast was available, alongside many choices!!!

The room was acceptable and the location was convenient.
My room was NOT clean upon arrival. There was hair in the bathroom and dust EVERYWHERE. The noise from the hallway was incessant. I could hear every conversation and door slam. This made it difficult to relax or get any rest.

gentle staffgarden view
the staff was gentle. they addressed my needs with sincerity and attention to every little detail. the garden view from my Beautiful King Room was calming, such a great view of roses, and greenery.
i found a cobweb high up in a corner of the room, but i didn't give it much importance.

unwelcoming staffpoor lighting
the staff didnt seem particularly cute. i think i got a bad room as a solo female traveler. it had a small window overlooking beer kegs it wasnt a good view. the mattress wasnt great and the lighting was poor
