A Gem in the Countryside

My ground floor room included a beautiful enclosed patio, that was perfect for dog owners. The staff provided excellent service and were always smiling, i apreciated it a lot. Adequate off-road parking was a blessing, I never had to worry about finding a spot after a day of exploring.
The room was clearly priced based on location, i did not agree with the price. The jacuzzi bath was broken and a sign about it had been there for a while, very annoying. There was no separate shower, that was the only problem in my room.

The rooms offer a comfortable king-sized bed, it ensures a restful sleep after a long day of travel. Super clean conditions and a garden view enhance the experience, it makes it so special. Room 17 provided a spacious layout with both a lovely bath and a separate shower.

Breakfast features hot plates with good quality food, plenty of options ensure a satisfying start to the day. The full english breakfast is awesome, it uses local ingredients. A new menu is coming soon.

The location is near Hidcote Manor and Stratford, it is so practical to visit. It's an ideal spot for travelling around the Cotswolds, a very picturesque village is nearby. Two pubs in the village are within easy reach.

Sammy the manager extends a warm welcome, he explains all the facilities. Sally and Rose deliver friendly breakfast service, their kindness is a real asset. The staff is helpful and hospitable, it makes your day brighter.

this hotel provided a comfortable experience. the restaurant served very good food, including an excellent wine selection. breakfast was also fine.. i found the service to be good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the front courtyard offers a relaxing space.
i noticed the absence of real ale.

The room was worn. Stained carpets and chipped paint marred its look. The staff seemed uninterested at dinner. Our reservation was overlooked initially. We had to push to get seated, despite having booked a table. The experience fell short of expectations, especially given the price. I certainly expected more attentive service.
