we booked several rooms for family attending our daughter's wedding nearby. becky and natalie delivered superior, personal service. we used the tetbury suite for professional hair and makeup services, starting early, and the staff provided coffee and tea before the kitchen opened. the rooms were clean, reflecting the building's historic character (i found this to be quite charming).
the rooms, while spacious, were somewhat plain.

our ground floor room featured tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water. a fan, tv, wifi, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo were available. we found big, soft, fluffy towels and comfortable beds and pillows (i slept like a log).

finding this place was easy, and it had free parking, a GREAT bonus. wifi was free and worked properly. reception staff helped us a LOT. they brought our suitcases to our rooms. the choice of food was good, the waiting staff were courteous, and service was good.
en-suite bathrooms need a refresh. however, there were fans in the bedrooms.

the breakfast was very good with a range of options. the extensive dinner menu catered to many tastes. i had one scoop of pernod and blackcurrant sorbet it was delicious. the team are cute, great.
the room was spacious but dull. it lacked basic things like a box of tissues. the bed was clean and comfy everything else was tired. i noticed a lack of magnified mirror.
