The hotel provides ample free parking near the town centre I did not have any trouble finding a space. The dining area is spacious and cute I found it easy to relax there.
The room lacked a pen and notepad I needed to write some things down. The room could use a thorough dusting the surfaces felt a bit neglected.

Excellent Hospitality and Dining
convenient parking friendly staff
The room was spacious and very clean. I found convenient parking was available. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout the entire stay. They provided a warm welcome upon arrival.
The room lacked a few basic amenities. I missed having a notepad and pen.

The staff were attentive. They seemed helpful. Breakfast was fab TOO. It provided a solid start to the day.
My room was spacious but DULL. It needed basic things like a pen and notepad. I also noticed it lacked a magnified mirror, which i needed.

the staff was so friendly. the room was beautiful and i was really pleased with the size of the bed! the shower was great too.
Everything was fine but not great? the rooms were spacious though dull. rooms felt generally tired. The rooms would benefit from a thorough dust.

superb service and attention to detail
superior service personal service clean room
we booked several rooms for family attending our daughter's wedding nearby. becky and natalie delivered superior, personal service. we used the tetbury suite for professional hair and makeup services, starting early, and the staff provided coffee and tea before the kitchen opened. the rooms were clean, reflecting the building's historic character (i found this to be quite charming).
the rooms, while spacious, were somewhat plain.

our ground floor room featured tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water. a fan, tv, wifi, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo were available. we found big, soft, fluffy towels and comfortable beds and pillows (i slept like a log).

free parking helpful reception good food choice polite staff
finding this place was easy, and it had free parking, a GREAT bonus. wifi was free and worked properly. reception staff helped us a LOT. they brought our suitcases to our rooms. the choice of food was good, the waiting staff were courteous, and service was good.
en-suite bathrooms need a refresh. however, there were fans in the bedrooms.

dinner menu delicious sorbet friendly team dull room missing tissues tired room
the breakfast was very good with a range of options. the extensive dinner menu catered to many tastes. i had one scoop of pernod and blackcurrant sorbet it was delicious. the team are cute, friendly.
the room was spacious but dull. it lacked basic things like a box of tissues. the bed was clean and comfy everything else was tired. i noticed a lack of magnified mirror.
